Prescribing Information Search
The Prescribing Information Search tool allows you to perform a keyword search on Prescribing Information (PI) PDF documents. First select the PI you would like to search from the drop down box. Next, type your search term* in the box below and click the search button to perform a search on the PI for the keyword you have specified. The PI will be automatically opened in Adobe® Reader®, and if your specified search term was found within the PI, instances of the term will be listed and highlighted in the PDF document. If your specified search term was not found within the PI, no results will be displayed.
Accuracy of search results depends upon user input of search term(s) and use of Adobe® Reader® search functionality.
* To search for a phrase, utilize the "Whole words only" option within Adobe® Reader®. Once Adobe® Reader® has been launched, click on the "Use basic search options" link at the bottom of the search tab box. Then check the box next to "Whole words only", type your search phrase in the box, and click the search button.
You will need Adobe® Reader® 6.0 (Adobe® is a registered trademark of Adobe Systems, Incorporated) or newer to view the Prescribing Information PDF file. If you do not have Adobe® Reader® you may download it for free. Click here to download. Additional Adobe® free tools are available to assist visually impaired users at access.adobe.com.
