We want to hear from you. We want to know what you think of the site and the content. This policy describes processes and procedures around user-generated content (user feedback, user reviews, etc.) and Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. authored content.
Based on the following guidelines, we would consider posting user-generated content within the Community area of the MEDVERSATION® web application provided submissions meet the following criteria:
- Relevant to the topics and information contained on MEDVERSATION®
- Some social, cultural, historical value or comments that contribute to healthy debate
- Author provides contact information and any affiliations
- Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. is granted permission by author to post the content on MEDVERSATION®. Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. will contact the author to discuss edits to the author's submitted content
- All information and data are accurately and clearly cited and referenced to source information and any and all information is verifiable from the sources and citations provided
- Any and all illustrations have copyright and use permissions granted to the author with appropriate permissions also granted to Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc.
- Submissions are virus free and do not represent SPAM
- Author is of majority age
- Content does not cause site to be inconsistent with applicable regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations that apply to the advertising and promotion of prescription drugs and biologic products
- Does not contain inappropriate language (i.e.: foul language, advertisements, defamation, unlawful comments, links to inappropriate sites or content, inappropriate illustrations, etc.)
Once the above guidelines have been satisfied, the user-generated content may enter a review queue and be processed for consideration on a rolling monthly basis. All user-generated content will be reviewed by Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. prior to posting. Some user-generated content may be forwarded to other people within Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. for follow-up. Due to the volume of user-generated content, Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. may not be able to post all submissions.
Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. may reply to any user-generated content that concerns data that the user believes has been omitted. While we may not agree that the data needs to be added, we will tell you what our action will be, and why. This reply will be posted underneath the user-generated content in the Community area.
To submit user-generated content for consideration, please inquire with the MEDVERSATION® Call Center through the Contact Us feature. To submit any feedback via email, please use the Contact Us functionality on the Community page.
User-generated content as posted within MEDVERSATION® comes from members of the public, and does not necessarily reflect the views of Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. The information and views expressed by the authors of user-generated content are the expressions of the author and their inclusion does not represent an endorsement, approval or agreement by Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc.
All Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. authored, licensed or purchased content has undergone an internal review process prior to being displayed within MEDVERSATION®. All Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. authored content will undergo a systematic review based on a pre-defined schedule. Content will be updated to reflect changes since the previous review period. Events that require more immediate attention will be posted in the "Announcements" feature on the MEDVERSATION® homepage with notifications sent out as alert emails to those users who opt-in to receive alert emails (please see our Privacy Policy). For additional background on how Centocor Ortho Biotech Inc. authored content for the site is generated and how it is decided what content gets posted, please refer to our Commitment to all users.
